Bath Building Society
Bath Building Society wanted to start communicating more affectively and consistently to both their Member and Broker audiences. We had previously designed an email template for the Society but it was time for a refresh. The new template design needed to be flexible enough to be used for both audiences; have enough variation between the two so that they were distinctive but were completely consistent to the brand.
A flexible and diverse editable email template that the Society can use to build bespoke HTML emails to send to multiple target audiences. Built in Mailchimp, and incredibly easy to use via the WYSIWYG (“What you see is what you get”) editor, the template allows Bath Building Society to tailor the design to suit their needs whilst being fully branded, supporting the Society’s professional reputation. Different types of content blocks mean that a range of styles can be used to make the emails fit for purpose; empowering the Marketing Team to produce bespoke campaigns that are on brand.
Bath Building Society now have a fully editable email template that they can use in every instance to communicate with their Members and more. It will support them to develop their email communication programme and connect with audiences in a way they haven’t been able to before, all whilst looking professional and engaging. The email template is vast with so many potential designs that the possibilities are (almost) endless.
Jo Gillow, Digital Communications Manager, said, 'The flexible template allows us to create bespoke communication for our Saving and Mortgage Members and keep the design fresh as we increase the frequency of email communication. We can adapt the same template for our broker audience. This group receive a lot of important information via email so creating a new standout design and clear messaging has helped us to create distinction in the category and we’ve already seen increased engagement levels.'
