One Care
Having built a website advertising all careers in General Practice in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG), we now needed to increase awareness of the site and drive traffic to it. Many of the target audience would frequent jobs.nhs to look for roles in GP practices, but we wanted them to engage with the practices and understand why BNSSG was a great place to live and work if they were from another area. Therefore it was essential that we attracted local people and potential relocators to the site.
Our attraction campaign was multi-faceted. We developed a social media strategy – planning, producing and posting high quality content in a monthly retainer arrangement. We used the branding we’d developed for the site for the look and feel to ensure it felt joined up and engaged our audience.
In addition to organic content, we also delivered pay per click campaigns on Google and across various social media channels.
Finally we offered support with media planning and buying when more specialist media titles were required to reach our audience.
The campaigns have now attracted over 47,000 users to find out more about working in General Practice in the BNSSG region. As well as applying for jobs, users can apply for jobs by email alerts so they are alerted next time a job matching their preferences becomes available. This allows us to make the most of each visit – whether a paid for visitor or organically generated.
