After developing a fresh EVP, we redesigned and launched a new careers website for Superdry. To further position the brand and retailer as a destination employer, we recommended that they (and potential candidates) would benefit from consistent, on-brand and correct-spec social adverts. A consistency-first approach to ads would apply to their other outward-facing recruitment branded touchpoints too. This required a solution that would work for multiple social channels as the HR team recruit for different jobs simultaneously.

A bespoke Social Ad Creator. We offered Superdry their own microsite to enable the HR team to create job-specific or general HR content and adverts on-demand. This tool can be optimised for multiple brand colourways and various content inputs such as location, contract type, salary, image, call to action and more. 

Our solution grants complete autonomy to Superdry’s HR team during their recruitment marketing activities. Not only can they customise according to spec, but they can also produce on-brand adverts quickly and easily, with the added convenience of simply inputting the relevant information and choosing pre-approved imagery. They’re able to download their finished image at a preferred pre-determined spec, with each labelled by social channel. In this instance, Superdry utilises the ad creator for Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and it has proven invaluable for maintaining their brand integrity and driving more consistent social channels.
