Aldermore
Aldermore wanted to develop a Learning & Development comms plan for their Next Generation Leaders Graduation. The programme ended with a Graduation event on an away day where the cohort could meet and learn from each other’s experiences. Aldermore wanted it to be memorable from the moment they received an invitation and throughout the event.
As the away day involved a series of adventure, including a speed boat ride, we developed an invitation and itinerary in the form of a message in a bottle. We wanted it to be creative and different to the usual communications they might receive for the programme. We wanted the attendees to feel special and excited about the event.
The client received excellent feedback from attendees who felt the event was memorable and enjoyed the anticipation that built from the moment the somewhat unusual invitation was received. They loved the event and felt pride in graduating from the programme as Next Generation Leaders.
