Creating a bright engaging workspace, which complimented the corporate brand while pulling out key messages in a prominent and visually appealing way. Aside from a bright, and engaging workspace we were also briefed to take into account employee wellbeing as part of the office development.
As with lots of office branding projects, the timescales were also tight. From handover of the floor to the staff moving in, was a four-week period, of which Christmas and the New Year holidays were part of.
We developed a suite of designs that took into account the full view of the office from all angles, making sure that no matter where you were situated in the office, the range of colours complimented each other. We ensured that we made the best use of space and that whether you were in a meeting room, sat at a desk or using the kitchen area – the office space was bright and appealing.
The colours we used were bold and messages were prominent. We also developed a suite of icons to be used alongside the Guiding Principles so that they had a visual element as well as text. Bespoke wallpapers were developed to apply the designs to walls.
Window manifestations used large, bold shapes which carry the colours around the offices using a modern and dynamic pattern.
We also bought the outside, inside, with the suggestion of a moss wall for the reception area, along with some real plants positioned in complimentary areas around the office in pantone-matched pots.
A new, much improved work space for the employees based at Bristol Community Health, Head Office. Employees are now surrounded by a colourful, fully branded and practical work environment. The project was delivered on time and to budget.
“It was so easy to work with DNA, they listened closely to our brief but weren’t afraid to suggest something different - their ideas far surpassed anything we could’ve come up with. ”
