boohoo group are a British success story, with a global reach. They partnered with DNA to develop an EVP and Employer Brand – with a new careers site their top priority. The previous site was very boohoo and PLT focused. Now with 13 brands and locations across the globe, they needed a careers site to bring their Employer Brand to life, integrate with their new ATS (Workable) and engage candidates with their unique story and offering.
The careers site needed to tell boohoo group’s story and show the size and scale of the Group.
As well as developing a very close working relationship with the TA team, we worked closely with boohoo group’s comms and brand teams to ensure synergy with the wider brand, whilst bringing the Employer Brand to the forefront.
We collaborated with boohoo group’s studio team who supplied imagery and completed photoshoots of employees for our profile pages.
We interviewed over 70 senior stakeholders and our copywriter crafted it into the engaging copy you see today.
The Life at boohoo group section showcases their sustainability journey, the commitments they’ve made and results derived, their culture and values, approach to L&D, as well as benefits, blogs and social. There are hundreds of people profiles from every brand and team so users can hear authentic stories from people working there.
Each brand and team has its own page including people profiles, leader profiles, videos, image galleries and social feeds.
The site integrates with Workable ATS. We use their API to extract the jobs and built out the job search and details pages on the site for maximum user experience and SEO value.
Job search is at the heart of the experience – with a docked job search panel visible wherever you are on the site to aid conversion.
We built the site on our custom content management system and trained their teams on how to use it to quickly update content.
At DNA, we’re really proud of this site. It was great fun to work on and also challenging and interesting in equal measure.
The site has proved to be a great success in articulating the Employer Brand and engaging candidates with what a career at boohoo group can offer.
