AllSaints
AllSaints needed to create a new and engaging careers site. Before we began working with them, they had a single web page about careers which was provided by their ATS provider. This didn’t reflect them as a brand or as an employer, and they were keen to develop a new site that would engage candidates with AllSaints and what they have to offer as an employer.
As a new client, it was important we understood AllSaints as a business. We spent time together scoping the site and learning more about what they had to offer potential employees and the story we needed to tell. We also worked closely with their creative team to ensure our designs were on brand.
We provided ATS consultancy to find a new provider and advised on the integration method to achieve an optimised candidate experience and boost the potential for search engine rankings for their jobs. We did this using an XML feed of jobs from Peoplebank which we then used to build out the job search and job details pages, plus integrate with Google for Jobs. We then built them a dynamic template for Peoplebank, so the journey is always seamless – from searching for jobs and reading about them on our site to when they clicked apply and went to Peoplebank, the look and feel remains the same so the user feels like it’s all one seamless journey.
The content is audience focused and combines short and snappy content about role types and departments with authentic people stories. We did photoshoots in London, New York and LA to capture the spirit of their people and bring warmth and personality to the site. Other features include a page on culture which informs candidates about their values, benefits, approach to diversity and inclusion, and learning opportunities.
Finally we produced an employee only section which colleagues can access to search for jobs and use a shortened application process.
The site has been really well received and feedback from all over the business told us that the site was truly reflective of the brand and the employment experience. Managers say that candidates are now more informed having been able to read about the company history, culture, departments and people on the new careers site.
