Head of Client Services
As Head of Client Services, Tiv needs to be unflappable. She leads the Client Service team, so she also needs to be a real people-person; we’re lucky that Tiv has both of those qualities (and more). She’s been with DNA since 2010 and we couldn’t imagine supporting our client’s goals without her. Unsurprisingly, good things happen when Tiv is around – just take her rather interesting previous roles into account. Not only is she experienced in keeping clients informed, our standards high and everyone happy, but she also used to be an ice-cream and sweet shop assistant. If that didn’t set her up for putting smiles on people’s faces, we don’t know what did.
